Joe, President and co-founder, began his career on the East Coast 33 years ago and brings a wealth of estimating, pre-construction, and solid construction management experience. He is passionate about construction and values the process of planning, design, and construction. His project experience covers a wide range of projects including office buildings, health care facilities, hotels, commercial tenant improvements and roles include Vice President of Engineering and Construction for an ENR Top 400 firm. A fishing and camping enthusiast, the forests, lakes, and rivers of the Pacific Northwest are where you can find Joe when he’s not in the office, working numbers like a puzzle for the latest project. With a passion for our community, Joe is committed to building facilities that are more than just a shell, but a place of growth and prosperity.

Mark, Sr VP and co-founder, started his career in construction 30 years ago in Alaska as a General Contractor working on commercial, residential and land development projects. He moved to Washington State and began as a Project Manager for one of the larger contractors in Seattle. He then worked for a local developer with a large Puget Sound portfolio and gained valuable experience doing projects for a long term holder of high quality commercial assets. He moved on to work for Washington Mutual Bank as their First Vice President of Design and Construction managing teams that built retail branch banks, commercial office space, data centers and call centers across fourteen states. He is adept at finding ways to identify clear project goals, reasonable solutions and assembling teams that exceed the client goals and expectations. Mark is very focused on building long term relationships.
